There are circumstances outside of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, customs clearance, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery issues are primarily the responsibility of the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist you.
3. Tracking Your Order
We provide tracking for all orders. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us, via email.
4. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, certain factors may be outside our control.
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (for example, more than 15 days), please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will do our best to help you follow up with the carrier.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, we recommend:
-
Checking with neighbors or your building/office manager
-
Confirming the delivery address is correct
-
Contacting the shipping carrier directly
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@veylop.com. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee free replacements in all lost or stolen package situations.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, your local government may charge customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
